No.2521. A white, rose form to formal double chance seedling. Flowers
early. Originated by Dr Arthur A. Kirk, Portsmouth, Va., USA. American
Camellia Yearbook, 2000, p.5, colour photo p.c11. The 14 year old
seedling first flowered 1992. Average flower size is 6.5-7.5 cm across x
2.5-3.2 cm deep, with 36 heart shaped petals, 4 yellow anthers, and
white filaments. Plant growth is upright and vigorous with dark green
leaves leaves 6.5-7.5 cm long x 3.2 cm wide.
