American Camellia Yearbook, 1959, p.281, Reg. No.350: A 12 year old
seedling of Imura x Dr W.G. Lee, originated by K. Sawada, Crichton,
Alabama, USA, which first bloomed 1953. Plant growth is medium with
thick green leaves, finely serrate with sharp apices. The full, formal
double flower averages 10 cm across x 3.8 cm deep with 80-90 petals. The
colour is white shading to a delicate pink on or about the outer third
of the petals. Flowers mid-season to late. Received the National
